Para ello, hemos partido de eut\u00e9cticos nio-ysz y coo-ysz respectivamente, con una microestructura optimizada para conseguir una buena percolaci\u00f3n de poros, metal e ysz en el cermet resultante, as\u00ed como un buen cte (coeficiente de expansi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica) que permita su integraci\u00f3n en la celda, y una geometr\u00eda favorable para desarrollar una alta densidad de tpbs (regi\u00f3n de puntos triples de metal, poro y cer\u00e1mica donde transcurren las reacciones electroqu\u00edmicas). los eut\u00e9cticos de partida se han fabricado utilizando las t\u00e9cnicas de fusi\u00f3n zonal por l\u00e1ser y la posterior solidificaci\u00f3n direccional, una vez determinados los par\u00e1metros constitucionales y de crecimiento. Los cermets se produjeron por reducci\u00f3n de los \u00f3xidos eut\u00e9cticos en atm\u00f3sfera controlada, en donde se aprovech\u00f3 el car\u00e1cter de conductor de ox\u00edgeno de la ysz. Previamente, se estudiaron los mecanismos de reducci\u00f3n de ambos materiales. todos los materiales, tanto los de partida como los finales, han sido caracterizados. En particular, hemos estudiado su microestructura, composici\u00f3n y orientaci\u00f3n cristalogr\u00e1fica de las fases, transporte de gases y electr\u00f3nico, as\u00ed como estudios de envejecimiento. en colaboraci\u00f3n con g. Garc\u00eda y a. Figueras (icmab) hemos fabricado y caracterizado una semicelda \u00e1nodo-electrolito, con un electrolito de ysz ultradelgado depositado por cvd. No ha sido posible construir una celda completa usando este tipo de \u00e1nodos, debido a la dificultad de obtener grandes superficies de muestra libres de grietas que han retrasado estos experimentos, pero s\u00ed se han fabricado y caracterizado celdas sofc producidas por m\u00e9todos cer\u00e1micos convencionales. esta memoria se organiza de la forma
