{"id":77131,"date":"2005-11-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2005-11-11T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/caracteriazacion-de-los-sistemas-de-captacion-de-hierro-y-zinc-del-patogeno-animal-pasteurella-multocida\/"},"modified":"2005-11-11T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2005-11-11T00:00:00","slug":"caracteriazacion-de-los-sistemas-de-captacion-de-hierro-y-zinc-del-patogeno-animal-pasteurella-multocida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/caracteriazacion-de-los-sistemas-de-captacion-de-hierro-y-zinc-del-patogeno-animal-pasteurella-multocida\/","title":{"rendered":"Caracteriazaci\u00f3n de los sistemas de captaci\u00f3n de hierro y zinc del pat\u00f3geno animal pasteurella multocida."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Garrido Oca\u00f1a Mar\u00eda  Elena <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El hierro y el zinc son micronutrientes esenciales para el crecimiento normal de la gran mayor\u00eda de microorganismos, siendo los mecanismos de captaci\u00f3n de estos cationes divalentes elementos fundamentales para que las bacterias pat\u00f3genas sean capaces de promover un proceso infectivo. adem\u00e1s, las prote\u00ednas receptoras de hierro se localizan en la membrana externa de las bacterias gram negativas, lo cual las hace candidatas a ser empleadas para el dise\u00f1o de vacunas.  en este marco, el objetivo de la presente tesis doctoral ha sido profundizar en el estudio de los mecanismos de captaci\u00f3n de cationes divalentes de pasteurella multocida, una bacteria pat\u00f3gena que afecta a una gran variedad de animales originando importantes p\u00e9rdidas econ\u00f3micas en el sector ganadero.  en este estudio se ha identificado un receptor de hierro de 60 kda, al que se ha denominado hbpa, que presenta un mecanismo de regulaci\u00f3n distinto al utilizado com\u00fanmente por las bacterias, ya que es independiente del sistema fur, determin\u00e1ndose que su regulaci\u00f3n depende de fe2+, mn2+ y hemina. se ha demostrado que el gen que codifica esta prote\u00edna presenta un corrimiento programado de lectura que da lugar a un derivado truncado de 40 kda. Se ha caracterizado as\u00ed mismo la funci\u00f3n de esta prote\u00edna, determin\u00e1ndose que une tanto hemina como hemoglobina, y que la capacidad de uni\u00f3n a ambas se mantiene en el derivado truncado de la prote\u00edna. Adem\u00e1s, se ha estudiado la antigenicidad de la prote\u00edna hbpa, as\u00ed como su efecto inmunog\u00e9nico, demostr\u00e1ndose que la prote\u00edna hbpa y su derivada truncada son antig\u00e9nicas, pero no se obtiene protecci\u00f3n cuando se administra dicha prote\u00edna entera en experimentos de enfrentamiento utiliz\u00e1ndose un modelo experimental animal de rat\u00f3n.  por lo que se refiere a los mecanismos de incorporaci\u00f3n de zinc de p.
