La descripci\u00f3n se lleva a cabo teniendo en cuenta la polarizaci\u00f3n, el valor de la resistencia de carga y el nivel de potencia de la se\u00f1al de entrada. El comportamiento de las componentes no-lineales de inter\u00e9s es descrito considerando la variaci\u00f3n en el tiempo de las derivadas de la fuente de corriente de drenador, la principal no-linealidad en los transistores de efecto de campo. De esta manera,  se presentan algunas expresiones cerradas para las componentes no-lineales, las mismas son validadas en condiciones de operaci\u00f3n de peque\u00f1a y gran se\u00f1al. Para mostrar las posibilidades de los sweet-spots en el dise\u00f1o de aplicaciones de alta linealidad, se implementan: un amplificador de alta linealidad y ganancia variable y una t\u00e9cnica de adaptaci\u00f3n de la polarizaci\u00f3n orientada a mejorar el trade-off linealiad-eficiencia que aparece en los amplificadores clase b. Ambas aplicaciones se prueban para una se\u00f1al de dos tonos sinusoidales y para una se\u00f1al is95-qpsk.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
