{"id":77189,"date":"2018-03-09T23:22:40","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:22:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/la-proteomica-aplicada-al-estudio-de-las-respuestas-de-las-plantas-a-estreses-bioticos-y-abioticos\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T23:22:40","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:22:40","slug":"la-proteomica-aplicada-al-estudio-de-las-respuestas-de-las-plantas-a-estreses-bioticos-y-abioticos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/la-proteomica-aplicada-al-estudio-de-las-respuestas-de-las-plantas-a-estreses-bioticos-y-abioticos\/","title":{"rendered":"La proteomica aplicada al estudio de las respuestas de las plantas a estreses bioticos y abioticos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Castillejo Sanchez Mar\u00eda  Angeles <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mediante una aproximaci\u00f3n de prote\u00f3mica se ha estudiado las bases moleculares de la respuesta de las plantas a estreses abi\u00f3ticos y bi\u00f3ticos, utilizando para ello los siguientes sistemas de estudio:  &#8211; el sistema experimental modelo, medicago truncatula, con el que se han abordado estudios de respuesta a hongos fitopat\u00f3genos  (uromyces striatus, roya) y a plantas par\u00e1sitas (orobanche crenata, jopo).  &#8211; la leguminosa pisum sativum (guisante), en la que se ha estudiado la respuesta a plantas par\u00e1sitas (orobanche crenata, jopo).  &#8211; la oleaginosa helianthus annuus (girasol), en la que se han llevado a cabo estudios de respuesta a sequ\u00eda.  los objetivos concretos para cada uno de los sistemas han sido:  &#8211; establecer diferencias en el perfil proteico entre genotipos y\/o tratamientos.  &#8211; identificar prote\u00ednas y genes de respuesta a sequ\u00eda, hongos fitopat\u00f3genos y plantas par\u00e1sitas.  &#8211; caracterizar mecanismos de resistencia y tolerancia a estreses bi\u00f3ticos y abi\u00f3ticos, diferenciando espec\u00edficas de especie o estr\u00e9s.  como metodolog\u00eda se han utilizado distintos protocolos de extracci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas de ra\u00edz y de hojas, que han sido optimizados para cada sistema, de separaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas por electroforesis bidimensional y diferentes t\u00e9cnicas de tinci\u00f3n. Las prote\u00ednas expresadas diferencialmente entre genotipos o tratamientos se han identificado mediante espectrometr\u00eda de masas (maldi-tof) y b\u00fasquedas en bases de datos de prote\u00ednas o dna utilizando motores de b\u00fasqueda (algoritmos).  los resultados obtenidos validan las t\u00e9cnicas utilizadas, estableciendose cambios de expresi\u00f3n proteica entre genotipos en respuesta al tratamiento. algunas de las prote\u00ednas diferenciales han sido identificadas:  &#8211; en medicago truncatula (cv. Paraggio) en respuesta a la inoculaci\u00f3n con uromyces striatus se observa un n\u00famero reducido de  prote\u00ednas diferencialmente expresadas, las cuales se han identificado como malato
