{"id":77233,"date":"2018-03-09T23:22:44","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:22:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/evaluacion-de-la-formacion-en-el-programa-leader\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T23:22:44","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:22:44","slug":"evaluacion-de-la-formacion-en-el-programa-leader","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/pedagogia\/evaluacion-de-la-formacion-en-el-programa-leader\/","title":{"rendered":"Evaluaci\u00f3n de la formaci\u00f3n en el programa leader"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Pascual Matesanz Rosa Mar\u00eda <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La formaci\u00f3n de los recursos humanos es tema de preocupaci\u00f3n a nivel mundial. la u.E., Propone, para el desarrollo de sus zonas m\u00e1s desfavorecidas, unas iniciativas integradas, concretamente, para las zonas rurales la iniciativa leader, que, entre sus \u00abmedidas\u00bb incluye la formaci\u00f3n.  nos preguntamos si dichas acciones formativas, cursos y jornadas t\u00e9cnicas son adecuadas para la formaci\u00f3n de los recursos humanos de la zona y nos planteamos la necesidad de evaluar para ayudar a la toma de decisiones y contribuir a la mejora de estos programas.  el objetivo principal de esta investigaci\u00f3n es evaluar las medidas formativas del programa leader (leader i y leader ii) que se viene desarrollando en las provincias de soria y de burgos, en la comunidad de castilla y le\u00f3n.  la investigaci\u00f3n comprende un marco te\u00f3rico al que sigue el trabajo emp\u00edrico. el tipo de investigaci\u00f3n llevada a cabo ha sido evaluativa y aplicada al empleo una metodolog\u00eda descriptiva cuantitativa y cualitativa. Elegimos el modelo cipp de stufflebeam. Los instrumentos de recogida de datos, se componen de cuestionarios y entrevistas, v\u00e1lidos y fiables, para aplicarlos a los t\u00e9cnicos en formaci\u00f3n, a los alumnos y a los l\u00edderes comunitarios. elegida la muestra representativa de la poblaci\u00f3n, se obtienen los datos mediante el an\u00e1lisis de las variables de contexto, de entrad de proceso y de producto.
