La investigaci\u00f3n pretende elaborar conceptualmente y aplicar un modelo que permita analizar como estas actividades, que ten\u00edan un car\u00e1cter formativo, han impacto en la cultura acad\u00e9mica de los profesores de la ub. La investigaci\u00f3n propone un modelo comprensivo de analizar el impacto de la cultura analizada en un \u00e1rea espec\u00edfica, la de ciencias. el impacto se manifestar\u00eda en distintas dimensiones de la cultura, las formas de entender el mundo acad\u00e9micos, los juicios de valor sobre los procesos de evaluaci\u00f3n, los \u00e1mbitos donde se aplican las acciones y la relaci\u00f3n de la evaluaci\u00f3n institucional con los nuevos procesos de evaluaci\u00f3n y mejora de la docencia universitaria. el estudio encuentra que la expandida concepci\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea de que su prioridad es la investigaci\u00f3n es un l\u00edmite para la introducci\u00f3n de procesos formativos como la evaluaci\u00f3n institucional. Sin embargo tambi\u00e9n se percibe que el profesorado est\u00e1 desarrollando actividades y actitudes positivas hacia la docencia, con un tibio cambio desde par\u00e1metros de la calidad basada en par\u00e1metros internos y de investigaci\u00f3n, hacia concepciones que incluyen criterios de calidad externos y de docencia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
