persistentes en el medio ambiente y por ello estan incluidos en las listas de contaminantes prioritarios de las legislaciones tanto en la ue como en usa (agencia de proteccion medio ambiental, epa) que considera once compuestos fen\u00f3licos como contaminantes prioritarios (fenol, 2,4-dinitrofenol,  2-nitrofenol, 4-nitrofenol, 2-clorofenol, 2,4-dimetilfenol, 4-cloro-3-metilfenol, 2,4-dicloromenol, 4,6-dinitro-2-metilfenol, pentaclorofenol)  la presente memoria se centra en el desarrollo de m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos para la determinaci\u00f3n de los 11 fenoles prioritarios por cromatograf\u00eda l\u00edquida de alta eficacia (hplc) y cromatograf\u00eda l\u00edquida micelar (clm) utilizando columnas de micropart\u00edculas y monol\u00edticas, y en la comparaci\u00f3n de los diferentes resultados obtenidos.  a su vez, debido a las bajas concentraciones exigidas por las legislaciones nacionales e internacionales en el control de los mismos, dif\u00edciles de alcanzar con las t\u00e9cnicas anal\u00edticas utilizadas, es necesario incluir en el m\u00e9todo anal\u00edtico procesos de preconcentraci\u00f3n de las muestras por ello se ha reoptimizado un procedimiento de extracci\u00f3n en fase s\u00f3lida (efs) utilizando cartuchos polim\u00e9ricos lichrolut en.  finalmente se ha validado un m\u00e9todo de an\u00e1lisis de una mezcla de fenol y nitrofenoles en muestras de agua de grifo utilizando una columna monol\u00edtica utilizando efs y se ha aplicado al an\u00e1lisis de aguas residuales procedentes de diferentes
