A partir de dicha base de datos, se ha analizado, para dias despejados, la dependencia de la distribucion espectral de las irradiancias global, directa y difusa respecto de la masa optica, para distintos planos y orientaciones. Asimismo, se ha realizado un analisis comparativo de los distintos modelos propuestos en la bibliografia para el calculo de valores medios del espesor optico de aerosoles a partir de medidas de transmisividad atmosferica espectral. A partir de este analisis, se ha desarrollado un nuevo modelo para el calculo del espesor optico e aerosoles.  este modelo permite calcular tanto el valor medio diario del contenido en ozono presente en la atmosfera como los valores instantaneos del espesor de aerosoles para una masa optica determinada. Los valores del espesor optico de aerosoles, estimados a partir del modelo propuesto se han aplicado al estudio de la turbiedad atmosferica y a la distribucion de tama\u00f1o de los aerosoles en
