La importancia relativa se describe por el n\u00famero adimensional de p\u00e9clet (pe). En el caso puramente difusivo(pe=0), los dep\u00f3sitos son fractales; su densidad disminuye con la distancia a la superficie de depositos. Estos dep\u00f3sitos, son  adem\u00e1s muyn ramificados y su rugosidad aumenta con el tiempo seg\u00fan una ley de potencias. En el caso bal\u00edstico (pe=infinito), la densidad de los dep\u00f3sitos no var\u00eda con la altura. Sin embargo, la rugosidad de la interfase crece con el tiempo tambi\u00e9n seg\u00fan una ley de potencias.  el objetivo de esta tesis es describir como cambia la estructura de los dep\u00f3sitos desde la ramificada fractal hasta la compacta, seg\u00fan aumenta el n\u00famero de p\u00e9clet.  en primer lugar, se elaboran dos modelos prbabilisticos de movimiento, ce\u00f1idos a  una malla c\u00fabica, compatibles con la ecuaci\u00f3n de convecci\u00f3n-difusi\u00f3n, seg\u00fan la interpretaci\u00f3n estadistica de \u00e9sta. Uno de ellos, basado en el concepto de probabilidades de transici\u00f3n entre celdas, est\u00e1 limitado a n\u00fameros de p\u00e9clet bajos (pe mayor 4). El otro ees la validez general, y el algoritmo separa cada paso temporal en una etapa convectiva y otra difusiva.  en segundo lugar, se generan dep\u00f3sitos de part\u00edculas simulados y se caracteriza su perfil de densidades, cuantificado por la densidad media que depende del n\u00famero de p\u00e9let. Esta dependencia se interpreta en t\u00e9rminos de un modelo de fractalidad local, introduciendo una escala caracter\u00edstica del orden de 1+a\/pe (a es un par\u00e1metro de orden unidad). Esta interpretaci\u00f3n viene avalada por el colapso de las curvas de conteo pot cajas y delas curvas de perfil de densidades, al referirlas a dicha escala.  por \u00faltimo, se caracteriza la
