Posteriormente se desarrollaron nuevos metodos empleando las ultimas tecnicas y materiales de extracci\u00f3n diponibles. Se estudio el empleo de los ultrasonidos, de los fluidos presurizados, de las microondas y de la extraccion en fase solida para la extraccion de isoflavonas a partir de diversos tipos de muestras. Tambien se estudiaron nuevos materiales, como los cartuchos polimericos para la extraccion en fase solida y las columnas monoliticas para cromatografia liquida.  de forma global, la informacion reunida permite aumentar la rapidez, precision, reproducibilidad, flexibilidad y disminuir el coste de la determinacion de isoflavonas no solo de la soja sino tambien de otras matrices vegetales, ya
