En la actualidad, esta clase de an\u00e1lisis es realizado por los m\u00e9dicos en forma semi-emp\u00edrica, sin tomar en cuenta los principios que rigen la generaci\u00f3n de la imagen, de la misma manera que tampoco se toma en cuenta la evoluci\u00f3n temporal de la pared del vaso. Este hecho empobrece el uso de esta t\u00e9cnica, debido a que el analisis y la interpretacion de las im\u00e1genes se basa solo en los valores de los niveles de gris y en el comportamiento morfo-geom\u00e9trico est\u00e1tico de la pared del vaso. Tomando en cuenta esta carencia t\u00e9cnica y conceptual, hemos dividido esta tesis doctoral en cuatro v\u00edas de investigaci\u00f3n: la primera, esta referida al trabajo experimental, que tiene como objetivo justificar nuestras hip\u00f3tesis principales. En segundo lugar, hemos desarrollado e implementado un modelo b\u00e1sico de simulaci\u00f3n con el prop\u00f3sito de obtener datos ivus en forma sint\u00e9tica. en tercer lugar, hemos desarrollado una nueva metodolog\u00eda general que nos permite estimar desde el punto de vista del cat\u00e9ter el comportamiento cinem\u00e1tica de la pared del vaso y finalmente hemos propuesto un modelo gen\u00e9rico que permite obtener la reconstrucci\u00f3n geom\u00e9trica del vaso en 2.5d.  el trabajo experimental fue hecho in vitro con corazones de cerdo y de ternera, enfoc\u00e1ndose principalmente a estudiar la micro-arquitectura de la pared del vaso y su modificaci\u00f3n geom\u00e9trica debido a par\u00e1metros externos. hemos analizado por sepa rado y desde el punto de vista de im\u00e1genes ivus, la evoluci\u00f3n morpho-geom\u00e9trica de la pared del vaso en los cortes longitudinales, debido a la presi\u00f3n puls\u00e1til radial y a una rotaci\u00f3n externa inducida al coraz\u00f3n de experimentaci\u00f3n. El an\u00e1lisis din\u00e1mico realizado in vitro fue extrapolado a una muestra de 30 casos cl\u00ednicos llevados a cabo por<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
