En particular, se trata de analizar la figura extintiva desde la perspectiva negocial y como facultad del trabajador. se confirma la idea de que la dimisi\u00f3n constituye un acto de desistimiento, por el que el trabajador puede desvincularse del contrato de trabajo concertado con el empresario por su exclusiva voluntad declarada expresa o t\u00e1citamente, sin que deba justificar causa alguna. Se confirma igualmente la tesis de que la dimisi\u00f3n constituye un derecho del trabajador que encuentra su fundamento \u00faltimo en la libertad profesional.  asimismo, se trata de precisar cu\u00e1les son los requisitos de validez de la declaraci\u00f3n de voluntad divisoria y las exigencias del modo de ejercicio de la facultad extintiva, los efectos y consecuencias jur\u00eddicas
