Dichas muestras fueron suministradas por filmoteca espa\u00f1ola siguiendo un protocolo establecido. Se han aislado e identificado 14 cepas de bacterias, de los g\u00e9neros stapylococcus (5 especies), y bacillus (5 especies), sphyngomonas, kokuria y pasteurella, as\u00ed como, 17 cepas de hongos filamentosos y una levdura, aspergillus(4 especies9. Penicillium (7 especies) y alternaria, cladosporium, mucor, phoma y trichoderma.     mediante medidas viscosim\u00e9trias, se ha llevado a cabo un estudio de biodegradaci\u00f3n de la gelatina fotogr\u00e1fica en disoluci\u00f3n, por las bacterias gelatinasa positivas, estableciendo el orden de eficiencia de biodegradaci\u00f3n a 37, 30, 20 y 4\u00c2\u00bac s\u00f3lo cuatro bacterias del genero bacillus fueron eficientes en la escala de tiempo de tres meses. Sin embargo, todos los hongos biodegradaron la gelatina, a 25\u00c2\u00bac en horas y a 4\u00c2\u00bac en semanas. Tambi\u00e9n, se han estudiado las gelatinas y las emulsiones fotogr\u00e1ficas en estado s\u00f3lido mediante las t\u00e9cnicas de quimioluminiscencia (ql) y espectroscopia de fragmentaci\u00f3n inducida por l\u00e1ser (libs), con esta \u00faltima t\u00e9cnica se han identificado los metales presentes en la composici\u00f3n estratigr\u00e1fica de la pel\u00edcula. La emisi\u00f3n de ql aumenta dr\u00e1sticamente en las muestras biodegradas debido a la oxidaci\u00f3n de los materiales que producen las especies reactivas de ox\u00edgeno (ros) formadas en el metalismo microbiano.     por \u00faltimo, mediante medidas indirectas de impedancia y valoraci\u00f3n de co2, se ha estudiado la biodegradaci\u00f3n de emulsiones fotogr\u00e1ficas y soportes (triacetato de celulosa, polietil\u00e9n tereftalato, aditivos), por las bacterias y hongos identificados en este trabajo.
