Tuberculosis en 30 minutos, sin necesidad de manipular el producto de amplificaci\u00f3n tras la reacci\u00f3n. Si se comprueba esta hip\u00f3tesis, se aplicar\u00e1 este m\u00e9todo para la detecci\u00f3n de mutaciones directamente en el adn extra\u00eddo de muestras cl\u00ednicas de estos baciloscopia positiva, lo que permitir\u00eda reducir el tiempo de la determinaci\u00f3n dela sensibilidad de 15-21 d\u00edas por los m\u00e9todos fenot\u00edpicos convencionales a 24
