En concreto, se plantean algunas dudas sobre el alto grado de implementaci\u00f3n de esta t\u00e9cnica en el tejido empresarials espa\u00f1ol que parece desprenderse de la literatura m\u00e1s prescriptiva. por ello, este trabajo pretende explorar emp\u00edricamente cual es el grado real de utilizaci\u00f3n de la gesti\u00f3n por competencias en empresas de sectores espec\u00edficos y con
