La t\u00e9cnica de trabajo utilizada en todos los m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos es la luminiscencia molecular. los compuestos determinados incluyen antibi\u00f3ticos de la familia de las tetraciclimas y sulfamidas, antiinflamatorias y anticancer\u00edgenos. los m\u00e9todos se han aplicado a muestra de inter\u00e9s alimentario (mieles), formulaciones zoosanitarias y fluidos biol\u00f3gicos (orina y suero). Se han utilizado distintas estrat\u00e9gicas instrumentales (fluorescencia, fotoinducida), qu\u00edmicas(fluorescencia sensibilizada, por lant\u00e1ridos, medios micelares, ciclodextrimas) y quimiom\u00e9tricas (t\u00e9cnicas de derivadas, m\u00e9todos de calibraci\u00f3n multivariante), para el establecimiento de los m\u00e9todos de an\u00e1lisis. entre estos \u00faltimos podemos citar m\u00e9todos de primer orden (m\u00ednimos cuadrados parciales (pls)), segundo orden (an\u00e1lisis en factores paralelos (parafac), descomposici\u00f3n trilinear alternada autodescompuesta (swatld), m\u00ednimos cuadrados, bilineares acopladas con bilinearizaci\u00f3n, residual (blls, rbl), m\u00ednimos cuadrados parciales n-dimensionales (n-pls), m\u00ednimos cuadrados parciales concatenados (unfolded-pls) y tercer orden (an\u00e1lisis en factores paralelas (parafao), m\u00ednimos cuadrados trilineares (tlls\/rtl) y m\u00ednimos cuadrados parciales concatenados acoplados con trilinearizaci\u00f3n residual (unfolded-pls\/rtl). Los m\u00e9todos desarrollados presentan un indudable inter\u00e9s desde el punto de vista de su aplicaci\u00f3n agroalimentaria y farmacol\u00f3gica, al permitir nuevos procedimientos de an\u00e1lisis sencillos y sensibles. Los m\u00e9todos tlls y unfolded-pls\/rtl, que permiten la utilizaci\u00f3n de datos de cuatro v\u00edas han sido desarrollados en este trabajo dichos m\u00e9todos suponen un avance importante dentro de los m\u00e9todos guimiom\u00e9tricos de calibraci\u00f3n multivariante y un campo de investigaci\u00f3n de muy reciente actualidad y a\u00fan en<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
