{"id":77865,"date":"2018-03-09T23:23:25","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:23:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/efecto-genoprotector-de-diversos-agentes-sobre-linfocitos-humanos-expuestos-a-radiacion-gamma\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T23:23:25","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:23:25","slug":"efecto-genoprotector-de-diversos-agentes-sobre-linfocitos-humanos-expuestos-a-radiacion-gamma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/efecto-genoprotector-de-diversos-agentes-sobre-linfocitos-humanos-expuestos-a-radiacion-gamma\/","title":{"rendered":"Efecto genoprotector de diversos agentes sobre linfocitos humanos expuestos a radiaci\u00f3n gamma."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Roc\u00edo Mart\u00edn Gil Parra <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hemos utilizado el test de micron\u00facleos en linfocitos humanos irradiados y bloqueados con citochalasina b (bloqueo citocin\u00e9tico) para determinar el da\u00f1o cromos\u00f3mico inducido por la radiaci\u00f3n gamma y valorar el efecto genoprotector de diferentes sustancias antioxidantes cuando \u00e9stas se encuentran en el medio antes antes de la irradiaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como cuando se administran, inmediatamente despu\u00e9s dela exposici\u00f3n a radiaci\u00f3n ionizante.  la sustancias ensayadas son diferentes tipos de flavonoides (diosmina, rutina, quercetina, eriodictiol, extracto c\u00edtrico, p-90, gse-i y gse-ps), diterpenos (camosol y \u00e1cido cam\u00f3sico), vitamina c, hidroxitirosol, \u00e1cido rosmar\u00ednico y dmso, a diversas concentraciones seg\u00fan sus propias caracter\u00edsticas y los valores de protecci\u00f3n obtenidos. Todas ellas se caracterizan por su capacidad antioxidante.  los resultados ponen de manifiesto un grado de protecci\u00f3n significativa que podr\u00eda expresarse de la siguiente forma: procianidinas = diterpenos = catecol-fenoles = flavonoides glicosilados = \u00e1cidos asc\u00f3rbico. En conclusi\u00f3n, aunque las procianidinas (flavonas-3-ols) han demostrado el mayor grado de protecci\u00f3n de todos los flavonoides ensayados, no existe una \u00fanica estructura qu\u00edmica espec\u00edfica relacionada con la actividad antigenot\u00f3xica. La capacidad antioxidante determina el grado de protecci\u00f3n en la administraci\u00f3n preirradiaci\u00f3n. la liposolubilidad de las sustancias ha aportado mayor capacidad de protecci\u00f3n
