La tesis est\u00e1 dividida b\u00e1sicamente en tres partes: lo que hemos denominado maternidad biol\u00f3gica monstruosa, que se centra en aquellas representaciones de los  procesos biol\u00f3gicos y generativos femeninos como son la menstruaci\u00f3n y el parto (para lo que nos hemos basado en obras cient\u00edfico-m\u00e9dicas); los recorridos intrauterinos, donde una serie de espacios y objetos representan el \u00fatero femenino (siguiendo las teor\u00edas psicoanal\u00edticas) y el h\u00e9roe ha de emprender un viaje para descubrir sus secretos y acceder a la individualidad; y la maternidad tecnol\u00f3gica, donde se representa la couvade o envidia masculina del parto femenino, y que se desarrolla ya en los relatos mitol\u00f3gicos y adquiere importancia debido a las t\u00e9cnicas de reproducci\u00f3n asistida. Siguiendo las obras delos perinatalistas hemos descubierto como en muchas ocasiones las obras de arte son postales intrauterinas y recuerdos del trauma del nacimiento.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
