Por ello, en este trabajo se han empleado metodolog\u00edas prote\u00f3micas y bioqu\u00edmicas, con el fin de detectar marcadores tumorales s\u00e9ricos de utilidad. En primer lugar, se emple\u00f3 un m\u00e9todo de prefraccinamiento mediante cromatograf\u00eda de afinidad a trav\u00e9s de concanavalina a, analizando la fracci\u00f3n de n-glicoprote\u00ednas, ya que \u00e9stas presentan numerosas alteraciones en la carcinog\u00e9nesis. Mediante electroforesis bidimensional, se estudiaron los patrones proteicos a trav\u00e9s de tres aproximaciones distintas. la primera permiti\u00f3 detectar 72 prote\u00ednas con niveles alterados en ccr, 37 incrementadas. Entre ellas, se incluyeron prote\u00ednas relacionadas con la apoptosis (clusterina), y la transducci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales (lrg), de gran inter\u00e9s como potenciales marcadores para el ccr.  la segunda aproximaci\u00f3n consiste en utilizar los patrones proteicos bidimensionales como herramienta diagn\u00f3stica. Empleando el an\u00e1lisis de componentes principales y el an\u00e1lisis discrimianate, se pudo establecer un patr\u00f3n de expresi\u00f3n diferencial, que permite el diagn\u00f3stico de un individuo.  la tercera aproximaci\u00f3n es la detecci\u00f3n de cambios en la posici\u00f3n relativa de prote\u00ednas en mapas bidimensionales, que reflejan variaciones en el punto isoel\u00e9ctrico y la masa molecular. Mediante el an\u00e1lisis de deformaciones relativas, se detectaron variaciones significativas en la posici\u00f3n de n-glicoprote\u00ednas s\u00e9ricas de pacientes con ccr, permmitiendo adem\u00e1s la discriminaci\u00f3n entre individuos sanos y enfermos, y la detecci\u00f3n de la contribuci\u00f3n de cada prote\u00edna.  a partir de las prote\u00ednas con niveles alterados se seleccion\u00f3 la clusterina, con el fin de estudiar sus diversas formas s\u00e9ricas, y comparar su distribuci\u00f3n y niveles en el suero de individuos sanos y de pacientes con c<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
