Para ello se revisa la comprensi\u00f3n a) como destreza cognitiva general, b) como destreza espec\u00edfica en la adquisici\u00f3n de segundas lenguas y c) como subdestreza de la tarea total al interpretar.  estos fundamentos llevaron al dise\u00f1o de un experimento que pretend\u00eda averiguar si un tratamiento intensivo en comprensi\u00f3n oral de la l2 aplicado a un grupo experimental aumentaba el rendimiento acad\u00e9mico en las asignaturas de interpretaci\u00f3n. Se aplic\u00f3 una bater\u00eda de tests para obtener datos tanto cualitativos como cuantitativos(cuestionario previo, cuestionario sociol\u00f3gico, tests l1, tests l2, cuestionario de autopercepci\u00f3n de la tarea, prueba final de interpretaci\u00f3n consecutiva y simult\u00e1nea), y se sigui\u00f3 la metodolog\u00eda de investigaci\u00f3n acci\u00f3n. Los resultados obtenidos confirmaron las hip\u00f3tesis de partida: el bajo nivel de l2 de los int\u00e9rpretes en formaci\u00f3n y el entrenamiento intensivo en comprensi\u00f3n oral de la l2
