Estas anomal\u00edas, se han determinado tradicionalmente mediante medidas el\u00e9ctricas, sin embargo, los efectos no lineales han presentar un comportamiento an\u00f3malo en la respuesta electrom\u00e9canica y piezoel\u00e9ctrica del material. por esta raz\u00f3n resulta interesante disponer de t\u00e9cnicas de an\u00e1lisis directo que no est\u00e9n basadas en el an\u00e1lisis de la respuesta el\u00e9ctrica del material, y esto nos planteamos como objetivo fundamental de este trabajo de tesis.  en esta tesis se ha dise\u00f1ado y desarrolado un sistema de inspecci\u00f3n l\u00e1ser sin contacto para la caracterizaci\u00f3n de muestras piezoel\u00e9ctricas al que se le denomina sil. Este sistema es capaz de visulizar los modos reales de vibraci\u00f3n en materiales piezo-ferroel\u00e9ctrico excitados el\u00e9ctrica y\/o t\u00e9rmicamente.  con el sil y con otras medidas el\u00e9ctricas tradicionales se caracteriza un determinado un pnzt en los que se ha estudiado la influencia del niobio en le comportamiento de las muestras, la inducci\u00f3n de transici\u00f3n de
