Se han obtenido recubrimientos por difusi\u00f3n de si y cr en lechos de part\u00edculas met\u00e1licas mediante la generaci\u00f3n in situ de los precursores por reacci\u00f3n con hci. La difusi\u00f3n de si y nitruraci\u00f3n (siliconitruraci\u00f3n) se ha efectuado en reactores de doble lecho: un lecho fijo de part\u00edculas met\u00e1licas y un lecho fluido de part\u00edculas de al\u00famina. Se han depositado dos tipos de recubrimientos cer\u00e1micos, nitruro de silicio (sinx) y nitruro de titanio, mediante la reacci\u00f3n de los precursores (sicl4 y ticl4) con nh3 en lechos de part\u00edculas inertes. Se ha desarrollado la t\u00e9cnicas de fbr-cvd para la deposici\u00f3n de recubrimientos avanzados basados en tin, con mayores durezas y mejor resistencia a la oxidaci\u00f3n que recubrimientos de tin. Por una parte, multicapas en las que capas de tin se han alternado con capas de tanx o sinx han sido depositadas con periodicidades en el rango nanm\u00e9trico. Por otra parte, la codeposici\u00f3n de tin y sinx se ha optimizado para obtener recubrimientos formados por materiales compuestos a escala nanom\u00e9trica. A parte de los experimentos de fbr-cvd, se ha llevado a cabo un estudio de cvd: la s\u00edntesis de nanowires de silicio sobre varios substratos con otro mediante crecimiento
