En una primera aproximaci\u00f3n, fue posible la obtenci\u00f3n de las estevastelinas de 13-miembros mediante la reacci\u00f3n de macrolactonizaci\u00f3n de yamaguchi. Seguidamente, se procedi\u00f3 a la preparaci\u00f3n de los correspondientes 2,3-epoxian\u00e1logos c\u00edclicos mediante un estudio de ciclaci\u00f3n de todos los recursos ac\u00edclicos posibles. Una vez obtenidos estos 2,3-epoxian\u00e1logos, que en si mismos representan interesantes an\u00e1logos, se procedi\u00f3 a la apertura del anillo de oxirano, pero desafortunadamente, dicha apertura no procedi\u00f3. Por ello, la apertura decanillo de oxirano se realiz\u00f3 en etapas anteriores a la reacci\u00f3n de ciclaci\u00f3n, pudi\u00e9ndose obtener de esta manera, las estevastelinas de 15-miembros (estevastelina b). As\u00ed mismo, pudo realizarse la reacci\u00f3n de translactonizaci\u00f3n de las estevastelinas de 15-miembros hacia las de 13-miembros (estevastelina b3). seguidamente, se sintetiz\u00f3 la estevastelina c3 por reacciones de transesterificaci\u00f3n. una vez establecida la secuencia sint\u00e9tica, se procedi\u00f3 a la preparaci\u00f3n de an\u00e1logos. As\u00ed, pudo obtener dos an\u00e1logos modificados en c-2 por apertura del anillo de oxirano con hidruro y etilo. Los siguientes an\u00e1logos, modificados en los amino\u00e1cidos, pudieron obtenerse por la incorporaci\u00f3n de diferentes amino\u00e1cidos o p\u00e9ptidos en la secuencia sint\u00e9tica descrita para la obtenci\u00f3n de los productos naturales, as\u00ed, se pudo obtener otros cuatro an\u00e1logos. un an\u00e1logo adicional result\u00f3 de la preparaci\u00f3n del correspondiente producto
