Adem\u00e1s, estar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n en condiciones de fortalecer e implusar un cambio de cultura corporativa generando actitudes cooperativas y desarrollando el sentido de pertenencia, entre otras cuestiones.  para poder llevar acabo estos planteamientos dentro de la investigaci\u00f3n desarrollada, se han de cubrir otros objetivos m\u00e1s concretos que nos permitan analizar y estudiar con detenimiento todo aquello que guarda relaci\u00f3n con nuestro objeto de estudio. Dichos objetivos espec\u00edficos son:  estudio sobre la existencia de la figura de un responsable de comunicai\u00f3n interna en las universidades y an\u00e1lisis de sus principales funciones.  existencia y an\u00e1lisis de los planes de comunicaci\u00f3n interna formalizados en el seno de las instituciones analizadas.  an\u00e1lisis de los diferentes tipos de comunicaci\u00f3n interna existentes.  estudio de las diferentes herramientas de comunicaci\u00f3n interna utilizadas en diferentes universidades, con especial atenci\u00f3n a la intranet.  valoraci\u00f3n por parte de los responsables sobre el futuro de la comunicaci\u00f3n interna en las universidades espa\u00f1olas.  contrastaci\u00f3n por parte del personal de administraci\u00f3n y servicios y docente e investigador
