Dichos estudios se han llevado a cabo aplicando varias t\u00e9cnicas de la f\u00edsica te\u00f3rica de muchos cuerpos.     en primer lugar, se ha estudiado la posibilidad de la existencia de una transici\u00f3n superfluida en un gas ultrafr\u00edo de \u00e1tomos fermi\u00f3nicos mediante una generalizaci\u00f3n de la teor\u00eda de bardeen-cooper-schrieffer (bcs). Una vez determinado que dicha posibilidad depende fuertemente de la asimetr\u00eda en densidad entre las dos especies presentes, se ha analizado c\u00f3mo solventar esta limitaci\u00f3n asumiendo que el estado fundamental del sistema rompan una o m\u00e1s simetr\u00edas espaciales de manera espont\u00e1nea. Se ha propuesto un esquema experimental para determinar la presencia de una de estas fases. Finalmente, se ha estudiado la posibilidad de que la transici\u00f3n a la superfluidez tenga lugar en un sistema formado por una sola especie fermi\u00f3nica 3en contacto con una especie bos\u00f3nica. En particular, se ha analizado el caso de mezclas en dos dimensiones, y se ha estimado la posibilidad de realizaci\u00f3n experimental de tal sistema.     en una segunda parte, se ha estudiado la din\u00e1mica de un condensado de bose-einstein con el grado de libertad de esp\u00edn libre de evolucionar en una trampa \u00f3ptica cuasi-unidimensional. Mediante una formulaci\u00f3n de campo medio, se ha determinado que la interacci\u00f3n intrat\u00f3mica puede llevar a cambios en las poblaciones de los diferentes estados hiperfinos de los \u00e1tomos atrapados, y a la formaci\u00f3n de dominios de esp\u00edn. Se ha hecho una aproximaci\u00f3n a la inclusi\u00f3n de efectos de temperatura en la din\u00e1mica.     finalmente, se ha llevado a cabo el estudio de un sistema cu\u00e1ntico fuertemente correlacionado. En concreto, se ha estudiado el estado fundamental de sistemas bidimensionales de helio-4 en dos dimensiones. Este estudio se ha dividido en dos partes.
