Se han dise\u00f1ado tres grupos de estudio, un grupo control, que corresponde a los injertos en estado fresco y dos grupos a estudio que corresponde a los injertos oripreservados mediante medio rpmi sin l-glutamina y los injertos criopreservados mediante krebs-henseleit modificado.  se han obtenido 100 im\u00e1genes de superficie de cada grupo mediante un microscopio electr\u00f3nico de rastreo ambiental y se han clasificado utilizando un m\u00e9todo validado por nuestro grupo de investigaci\u00f3n.  se ha procedido posteriormente a la evaluaci\u00f3n y comparaci\u00f3n de dichas im\u00e1genes mediante un an\u00e1lisis estad\u00edstico. Se ha concluido en este estudio que el medio de criopreservaci\u00f3n krebs-henselet modificado muestra im\u00e1genes de microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de rastreo ambiental m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximas
