Mediante espectroscop\u00eda de emisi\u00f3n, se realiza la caracterizaci\u00f3n de los plasmas generados con aleaciones de fe-ni, determinando las distribuciones de temperatura, densidad de electores y densidad de \u00e1tomos en el plasma. Se deducen las condiciones experimentales \u00f3ptimas que proporcionan los plasmas m\u00e1s estables, con mayor simetr\u00eda esf\u00e9rica. Se investiga la autoabsorci\u00f3n de los plasmas, con el objetivo de asegurar que las l\u00edneas medidas con \u00f3pticamente delegadas. Se describe le procedimiento para medir las constantes de ensanchamiento stark utilizando como referencia una l\u00ednea de fe i, cuya constante de ensanchamiento es conocida. El perfil experimental asim\u00e9trico de esta l\u00ednea se ajusta mediante un perfil te\u00f3rico que tiene en cuenta tanto en ensanchamiento stark debido a los electrones como el debido a los iones, responsable de la asimetr\u00eda. mediante un modelo basado en la distribuci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros de pasma, se estima el error de la medida de par\u00e1metros stark debido a la inhomogeneidad caracter\u00edstica de estas fuentes. Como ejemplo de los procedimientos experimentales desarrollados en la tesis, se determina la constante de ensanchamiento stark de una l\u00ednea de fe i, de valor muy peque\u00f1o y desconocido,
