Adem\u00e1s, con el uso de co2 como antisolvente, se puede llevar a cabo el proceso en condiciones suaves, lo que reduce el riesgo de degradaci\u00f3n de materiaies sensibles. Tambi\u00e9n se consigue una reducci\u00f3n en el consumo de disolventes org\u00e1nicos. Por estas razones, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os se han propuesto diversos procesos de precipitaci\u00f3n con co2 como antisolvente. una caracter\u00edstica com\u00fan de estos procesos es el gran n\u00famero de par\u00e1metros de operaci\u00f3n y dise\u00f1o que intervienen en ellos, as\u00ed como las interacciones entre estos par\u00e1metros, lo que plantea serias dificultades en la interpretaci\u00f3n de los resultados experimentales, y en el estudio del cambio de escala del proceso.  el objetivo de esta tesis es el desarrollo de un modelo matem\u00e1tico detallado del proceso que proporcione un marco te\u00f3rico para el an\u00e1lisis de resultados experimentales, asi como para el cambio de escala del proceso. Para esto, se han considerado las dos principales zonas de operaci\u00f3n de este proceso: por encima del punto cr\u00edtico de la mezcla, donde el co2 y la disoluci\u00f3n son completamente
