Rosa Axet Marti <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tesis se basa en el desarrollo y la aplicaci\u00f3n de ligandos difosfito derivados de carbohidratos en las reacciones de hidroformilaci\u00f3n e hidrogenaci\u00f3n catalizadas por rodio. Se estudia tambi\u00e9n la s\u00edntesis de nanopart\u00edculas met\u00e1licas estabilizadas con diferentes ligandos derivados de carbohidratos.  una parte de la tesis se ha centrado en la s\u00edntesis de nuevos difosfitos derivados de carbohidratos, del d-glucitol y de la d-glucosamina, y de su aplicaci\u00f3n como ligandos de catalizadores quirales en diferentes reacciones.  en el cap\u00edtulo 2 se discute la s\u00edntesis y caracterizaci\u00f3n de nuevos ligandos difosfitos. Esta nueva serie de ligandos modulables se caracteriza por tener estructura de tetrahidrofurano con simetr\u00eda c2, donde se pueden introducir diferentes sustituyentes en el anillo y en los \u00e1tomos de f\u00f3sforo y cambiar la configuraci\u00f3n de los esterocentros de las posiciones dos y cinco del anillo tetrahidrofurano. Tambi\u00e9n se estudian los respectivos compuestos de coordinaci\u00f3n de rodio. Los ligandos difosfitos se han utilizado en la reacci\u00f3n de hidroformilaci\u00f3n asim\u00e9trica de estireno y de otros sustratos relacionados catalizados por rodio. Los complejos de rodio se han utilizado como catalizadores en la reacci\u00f3n de hidrogenaci\u00f3n asim\u00e9trica del a-acetamidoacrilato de metilo.  los sistemas rh\/difosfito han proporcionado moderadas actividades y altas regioselectividades en el aldehido 2-fenilpropanal. Las enantioselectividades observadas fueron moderadas (hasta un 46% ee) y fuertemente influidas por la naturaleza de ligando. Se observan efectos enfrontados entre la configuraci\u00f3n de los esterocentros dos y cinco del anillo tetrahidrofurano y de los sustituyentes en estas posiciones, siendo mejores los resultados con grupos voluminosos tert-butildifenilsilil. Se ha obtenido hasta un 60% ee en hidroformilaci\u00f3n del 4-metoxiestireno.
