El propio esquema conceptual de la arquitectura estrat\u00e9gica del cuadro de mando integral (kaplan y norton,1998) establece las relaciones b\u00e1sicas entre el capital humano y los prop\u00f3sitos estrat\u00e9gico de la empresa, pero no avanza herramientas pr\u00e1cticas.  para que el clima pueda medir el desempe\u00f1o directivo en recursos humanos, se necesitar\u00e1 un modelo de direcci\u00f3n que se pueda confrontar con el esquema del propio clima laboral. Buscamos obtener un modelo b\u00e1sico y sencillo de motivaci\u00f3n en funci\u00f3n de las pol\u00edticas de recursos humanos, que tenga la caracter\u00edstica sist\u00e9mica de aportar indicadores
