{"id":78561,"date":"2006-06-02T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2006-06-02T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/efectos-de-los-campos-electromagneticos-sobre-celulas-en-cultivo\/"},"modified":"2006-06-02T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2006-06-02T00:00:00","slug":"efectos-de-los-campos-electromagneticos-sobre-celulas-en-cultivo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/efectos-de-los-campos-electromagneticos-sobre-celulas-en-cultivo\/","title":{"rendered":"Efectos de los campos electromagn\u00e9ticos sobre c\u00e9lulas en cultivo"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Gamboa Arana Olga Luc\u00eda <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Debido al aumento en la producci\u00f3n de campos electromagn\u00e9ticos que invaden nuestro entorno, incluyendo aparatos de diagn\u00f3stico y tratamiento m\u00e9dico, nos hemos planteado un estudio b\u00e1sico para analizar los efectos de campos magn\u00e9ticos est\u00e1ticos (cme) y campos magn\u00e9ticos variables de radio frecuencias (cmvrf), sobre cultivos  \u00abin vitro\u00bb tanto de c\u00e9luas tomorales como de c\u00e9lulas no tumorales. Adem\u00e1s de esto consideramos que la exposici\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea a una noxa (choque t\u00e9rmico(ct) o citot\u00f3xicos) y a cme o cmvrf  podr\u00edan potenciarse en la producci\u00f3n de la muerte celular en los cultivos . Como objetivos principales nos hemos planteado: 1. La elaboraci\u00f3n de un equipo generador de campos magn\u00e9ticos de intensidad media (hasta 5 mt) y radio frecuencias que adem\u00e1s controlara su temperatura, 2. Someter cultivos de diferentes tipos celulares  a cme (5 mt, 0.7 t, 1.5 t y 7 t) , 3. Someter cultivos de diferentes tipos celulares  a cmvrf  y 4. Someter cultivos de diferentes tipos celulares  a cm y ct (42.7\u00c2\u00bac).  nuestros resultados muestran que la exposici\u00f3n a cme de 5 mt a 7 t de diferentes tipos celulares tanto tumorales como normales de mam\u00edferos y de humanos, no produce alteraciones significativas en cuanto a la morfolog\u00eda , orientaci\u00f3n y crecimiento celular con respecto a los cultivos control. De igual modo, los cmvrf no causaron diferencias significativas con respecto a los param\u00e9tros estudiados en los cultivos expuestos y los control.  sin embargo, los experimentos en los que se sometieron las c\u00e9lulas simult\u00e1neamente a cme y a ct, los cultivos expuestos a las dos noxas presentan una disminuci\u00f3n significativa de la poblaci\u00f3n celular con respecto a  cultivos sometidos \u00fanicamente a ct y por supuesto con los cultivos control no sometidos a ninguna noxa. Estos resultados indican que los campos magn\u00e9ticos, con los param\u00e9tros utilizados, no producen por s\u00ed solo efectos significativos sobre cultivos celulares, pero al
