El presente estudio se plante\u00f3 para estudiar el desarrollo metast\u00e1tico del mb16 en funci\u00f3n del contenido de glutation intracelular y determinar el papel del h2o2 en su mecanismo de adhesi\u00f3n microbascular, a trav\u00e9s de un modelo de colonizaci\u00f3n hep\u00e1tica por c\u00e9lulas del melanoma b16, dependiente de la interacci\u00f3n molecular vla-4\/vcam-1. As\u00ed mismo, se identificaron subpoblaciones celulares del mb16 con diferente actividad funcional de la integrina vla-4 y se estudi\u00f3 su capacidad metast\u00e1tica, con particular atenci\u00f3n a sus efectos sobre los mecanismos de migraci\u00f3n proangiog\u00e9nica endotelial y de los miofibroblastos perivasculares en respuesta a h2o2.      por \u00faltimo, el proyecto se centr\u00f3 en evaluar el efecto del bloqueo de vla-4, con un antagonista espec\u00edfico sint\u00e9tico, y del estr\u00e9s oxidativo, con un antioxidante natural -el resveratrol-, sobre la implantaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de met\u00e1stasis de c\u00e9lulas del mb16.     los resultados obtenidos demuestran que el h2o2 estimul\u00f3 la adhesividad del mb16, con bajo contenido de glutation intracelular, al endotelio sinusoidal hep\u00e1tico a trav\u00e9s de un mecanismo regulador por la activaci\u00f3n de la integrina vla-4. Por otro lado se identific\u00f3 una subpoblaci\u00f3n celular del mb16 con vla-4 en estado constitutivamente activo que, a su vez, fue competente para el desarrollo de met\u00e1stasis y con capacidad proangiog\u00e9nica y estromag\u00e9nica en respuesta al h2o\u00bb\u00bb. Por \u00faltimo se demostr\u00f3 que el tratamiento con un antagonista de vla-4 y con resveratrol disminuye la implantaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de met\u00e1stasis a trav\u00e9s de su efecto inhibidor
