Se definen las ganancias en resoluci\u00f3n que permiten evaluar el efecto de un filtro que modifica la distribuci\u00f3n de amplitudes de la pupila de salida de un sistema \u00f3ptico. Estas ganancias constituyen la herramienta de dise\u00f1o de filtros pupilares para modificar a voluntad las propiedades del spot de focalizaci\u00f3n.    Tras realizar un estudio de las propiedades de los sistemas confocales por absorci\u00f3n de un fot\u00f3n se ha obtenido una expresi\u00f3n anal\u00edtica para su ganancia axial y a partir de ella se han dise\u00f1ado dos familias de filtros de amplitud, con la capacidad de mejorar la resoluci\u00f3n 3d de estos sistemas: los filtros de tres anillos y los filtros de obturaci\u00f3n anular parcialmente absorbentes. estos filtros act\u00faan casi exclusivamente sobre la ganancia axial, haciendo que la psf confocal reduzca su anisotrop\u00eda.    Tambi\u00e9n se han analizado los sistemas de barrido por absorci\u00f3n de dos fotones, adaptando los filtros dise\u00f1ados anteriormente a esta nueva geometr\u00eda.
