Para mantener la homeostasis celular su concentraci\u00f3n en la c\u00e9lula est\u00e1 estrictamente regulada. usando como modelo los linfocitos t, nos planteamos estudiar c\u00f3mo las diacilglicerol quinasas (dgk), enzimas encargadas de metabolizar el dag, regulan los niveles celulares de este l\u00edpido.  Para poder estudiar en c\u00e9lulas vivas c\u00f3mo se alteraba la concentraci\u00f3n de este l\u00edpido se generaron unos biosensores de dag; para ello se utilizaron prote\u00ednas de fusi\u00f3n entre la prote\u00edna verde fluorescente (gfp) y los dominios c1, que unen dag, de algunas de las prote\u00ednas que se expresan en los linfocitos, prote\u00edna quinasa c-theta, beta2quimerina y rasgrp1.  Estos estudios nos permitieron establecer la distribuci\u00f3n subcelular del dag y avanzar as\u00ed en el estudio de una de las principales prote\u00ednas reguladas por dag, rasgrp1 y establecer de
