En la primera parte se realiza un estudio teorico en el que se describen las caracteristicas fundamentales de los sistemas desordenados estudiados. En ella se analizan las principales teorias de difusion en estos medios, tratandose de relacionar los parametros de la funcion exponencial con caracteristicas estructurales de los sistemas relajantes.  en la segunda parte, se aplican los estudios teoricos a dos sistemas con caracteristicas fisicoquimicas diferentes: la relajacion en microemulsiones y en materiales magneticos amorfos. Se aplican diferentes tecnicas experimentales a fin de corroborar la universalidad de la metodolog\u00eda utilizada.  como conclusion se puede decir que tanto la relajacion en microemulsiones como en materiales magneticos amorfos puede ser interpretada sobre la misma base teorica, lo que implica una mayor generalizacion de los fenomenos de relajacion, los cuales parecen comportarse de forma
