Estudiamos el papel de tat en la cooperaci\u00f3n de los factores de transcripci\u00f3n nfat (factor nuclear de c\u00e9lulas t activadas) y ap-1 (prote\u00edna activadora 1). la expresi\u00f3n de tat  en c\u00e9lulas t aument\u00f3 la transcripci\u00f3n dependiente de un elmento compuesto nfat\/ap-1 independientemente de su capacidad para transactivar el promotor viral. Adem\u00e1s, la expresi\u00f3n intracelular de tat aument\u00f3 la uni\u00f3n de los complejos nfat\/ap-1 al promotor de la interleuquina 2. Tat interacciona con nfat pero no con ap-1, afectando de este modo a la cooperaci\u00f3n de ambos factores de transcripci\u00f3n.  la expresi\u00f3n transitoria de tat aument\u00f3 la actividad del dominio de transactivaci\u00f3n amino-terminal de nfat, mape\u00e1ndose esa interacci\u00f3n funcional en los primeros 144 amino\u00e1cidos. Tat coopera con las quinasas cot, pkc-zeta y nik, con la fosfatasa calcineurina y con el coactivador cbp\/p300 en este incremento.  adem\u00e1s, las c\u00e9lulas que expresan establemente tat presentan menor expresi\u00f3n en superficie del receptor de quimioquinas y correceptor de vih-1 cxcr4 en presencia de suero fetal bovino, pero la transcripci\u00f3n de dicho receptor. tat umenta la internalizaci\u00f3n de cxcr4 en presencia de su ligando sdf-1, modulando as\u00ed su expresi\u00f3n en c\u00e9lulas t.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
