En consecuencia, se ha desarrollado un gran inter\u00e9s por la s\u00edntesis enantioselectiva, los m\u00e9todos de resoluci\u00f3n de enanti\u00f3meros, el an\u00e1lisis de la pureza enantiom\u00e9rica y la determinaci\u00f3n de la configuraci\u00f3n absoluta. En este \u00e1mbito se sit\u00faa tambi\u00e9n la presente tesis doctoral. concretamente, se plantearon los siguientes objetivos:  objectivos  realizar la s\u00edntesis de diversos compuestos tipo pinza molecular y macroc\u00edclicos con cavidades quirales. Estudiar su capacitad de enantiodiferenciaci\u00f3n como agentes de solvataci\u00f3n quiral y la geometr\u00eda de los compuestos obtenidos.  estudiar la enantioselectividad de la reacci\u00f3n de diels alder del \u00e1cido fum\u00e1rico y diversos dienos utilizando el agente de solvataci\u00f3n 1-(9-antril)-2,2, 2-trifluoroetanol como auxiliar quiral.  sintetizar diversos compuestos deuterados mediante intercambio de los hidr\u00f3genos l\u00e1biles en agua deuterada y estudiar la enantiodiferenciaci\u00f3n obtenida en un cristal l\u00edquido por resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear (rmn).  resultados  en relaci\u00f3n al primer objetivo planteado, se han sintetizado dos nuevos receptores quirales tipo pinza molecular, y se ha realizado su estudio estructural y conformacional mediante rmn y mec\u00e1nica molecular.  en el caso del compuesto 1, se ha ensayado su capacidad enantiodiferenciadora con diversos solutos quirales, obteniendo resultados muy satisfacotorios. se han estudiado algunos de los complejos diastereom\u00e9ricos formados, deduciendo que la capacitat de enantiodiscriminaci\u00f3n proviene de factores geom\u00e9tricos y no de diferencias de estabilidad. Cambios en el espectro de rmn de prot\u00f3n de 1 permiten deducir que la complejaci\u00f3n provoca cambios conformacionales en el agente de solvataci\u00f3n, parece que este compuesto tenga cierta
