Sin embargo, tras tratamientos farmacol\u00f3gicos, como brefeldina a y nocodazol, pkl12 se trasloca al n\u00facleo. En este compartimento subcelular pkl12 act\u00faa como su propio autorregulador transcripcional, as\u00ed como co-factor de genes como vegf. Parece que su actividad quinasa es independiente de su capacidad de traslocaci\u00f3n al n\u00facleo.
