Los hilos cu\u00e1nticos inas\/inp, que permite el movimiento libre de portadores s\u00f3lo en u na dimensi\u00f3n, pueden ser la base de dispositivos poptelectr\u00f3nicos que trabajen en longitudes de onda de inter\u00e9s tecnol\u00f3gico. concretamente, en este trabajo, se ha demostrado un rango de sintonizaci\u00f3n muy amplio, desde 1300 hasta casi 2000nm, rango de inter\u00e9s para las telecomunicaciones y aplicaci\u00f3n biom\u00e9dicas. Se han utilizado t\u00e9cnicas in-situ se caractizaci\u00f3n estructural y morfol\u00f3gica, para estudiar la evoluci\u00f3n del crecimiento. tambi\u00e9n es de destacar el empleo de t\u00e9cnicas de caracterizaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica de fotolumniscencia en onda continua y resulta en tiempo para el estudio de la recombinaci\u00f3n excit\u00f3nica en las nanoestructuras inas\/inp de capa simple y multicapa apiladas.
