Durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, nuestro gupo de investigaci\u00f3n ha estudiado numerosos complejos de esta clase que contienen hierro y rutenio, prestando mayor atenci\u00f3n a este \u00faltimo elemento, bien sea en estado de oxidaci\u00f3n ii \u00f3 iv. El trabajo se ha centrado en la activaci\u00f3n de mol\u00e9culas peque\u00f1as (n2, h2, etc), as\u00ed como de olefinas y alquinos. Se ha prestado una atenci\u00f3n especial a la ruptura y\/o formaci\u00f3n de enlaces c-h y c-c, obteniendo complejos que pueden emplearse como precursores en reacciones sint\u00e9ticas o catal\u00edticas de inter\u00e9s. En concreto este estudio se centr\u00f3 en complejos del tipo [(c5r5)rup2c1] (r=h, me; p= dos fosfinas monodentadas o una bidentada), y en especies derivadas de la reactividad de los complejos citados. en el presente trabajo se han estudiado fundamentalmente dos tipos de fragmentos semisandwich de rutenio. El primero de ellos conteniendo fosfina y carbonilo, {(c5me5)ru(co)(pr3)}, donde pr3, es una fosfina terciaria con sustituyentes voluminosos. La sustituci\u00f3n de una fosfina por un ligando co modifica las caracter\u00edsticas electr\u00f3nicas y est\u00e9ricas de este complejo con respecto a los complejos del mismo tipo [(c5r5)ruc1p2] anteriormente citados, y en consecuencia su reactividad. El segundo conteniendo bis-aminosfinas, {(l)ru{(k2-p,p)bis-aminofosfina}} (l= c5h5, c5me5, tp). La introducci\u00f3n de grupos nh junto al f\u00f3sforo en el ligando, modifica sus propiedades donadoras y por tanto las propidades electr\u00f3nicas del complejo formado. La introducci\u00f3n de un nuevo grupo funcional (nh), susceptible de reaccionar con otras mol\u00e9culas coordinadas al metal, como hidruros, alquinos o alquinoles, enriquece la reactividad
