Adem\u00e1s, se ha estudiado el papel de fasl y apo2l\/trail en la muerte inducida por activaci\u00f3n (aicd) y en la regulaci\u00f3n de la activaci\u00f3n de los blastos t, tanto en poblaci\u00f3n mezclada como en las subpoblaciones cd4+ y cd8+. tambi\u00e9n se ha caracterizado a la poblaci\u00f3n superviviente tras la re-estimulaci\u00f3n de blastos t humanos, lo cual exhibe un fenotipo de c\u00e9lulas memoria. asimismo, se han caracterizado la muerte inducida por deprivaci\u00f3n de factores de crecimiento en blastos t cd4+ o cd8+, as\u00ed como la participaci\u00f3n de diferentes prote\u00ednas de la familia de bcl-2 en este proceso. adem\u00e1s, se ha analizado la posible contribucci\u00f3n de fasl y apo2l\/trail en la regulaci\u00f3n del ciclo celular, sobre todo en la fase g2\/m del ciclo celular. posteriormente, se han analizado los defectos funcionales y de regulaci\u00f3n de blastos t procedentes de pacientes con s\u00edndrome linfoptoliferativo autoinmune (alps), lo cual nos ha permitido caracterizar el papel de fasl en la inducci\u00f3n de los niveles de bim, prote\u00edna implicada en la muerte por deprivaci\u00f3n de factores de crecimiento. Estos datos relacionan por primera vez las dos v\u00edas principales de regulaci\u00f3n de la activaci\u00f3n de los linfocitos t humanos, la aicd mediada por receptores mortales y la deprivaci\u00f3n de citoquinas. finalmente, se ha iniciado la caracterizaci\u00f3n proteica de los exosomas liberados durante la aicd de la leucemia humana t jurkat y de blastos t humanos de donantes
