Por tanto, el conocimiento del mecanismos sensor de ox\u00edgeno i dela se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n bioqu\u00edmica que llevan a la respuesta adaptativa al estr\u00e9s es de importancia vital para el desarrollo de nuevos f\u00e1rmacos antiangiog\u00e9nicos y anticancer\u00edgenos.     mientras la mayor\u00eda de estudios publicados hasta el momento se han realizado con exposiciones largas al estr\u00e9s hip\u00f3xico (4 horas o m\u00e1s), y empiezan a conocerse con detalle las rutas bioqu\u00edmicas implicadas en el proceso de degradaci\u00f3n, estabilizaci\u00f3n y transactivaci\u00f3n de hif, as\u00ed como las consecuencias transcripcionales y post-traduccionales de la hipoxia, se conocen poco los cambios bioqu\u00edmicos que se producen durante los primeros instantes del estr\u00e9s.     con este trabajo se pretenden estudiar las rutas bioqu\u00edmicas implicadas en la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s hip\u00f3xico durante los primeros instantes de su aparici\u00f3n.
