{"id":78939,"date":"2006-03-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2006-03-03T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/nanoparta%c2%adcules-magna%c2%a8tiques-en-matrius-de-sa%c2%adlice\/"},"modified":"2006-03-03T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2006-03-03T00:00:00","slug":"nanoparta%c2%adcules-magna%c2%a8tiques-en-matrius-de-sa%c2%adlice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/nanoparta%c2%adcules-magna%c2%a8tiques-en-matrius-de-sa%c2%adlice\/","title":{"rendered":"Nanopart\u00edcules magn\u00e9tiques en matrius de s\u00edlice"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mart\u00ed Gich Garcia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han estudiado diferentes aproximaciones para sintetizar composites consistentes en nanopart\u00edculas magn\u00e9ticas en matrices de s\u00edlice de tipo aerogel o xerogel. se han obtenido materiales con propiedades muy diferentes tanto en lo que respecta a su magnetismo (materiales duros o blandos), sus propiedades \u00f3pticas (transparentes, opacos, anis\u00f3tropos) o su densidad y se han estudiado algunas de sus posibles aplicaciones magnetoopticas.  las matrices de s\u00edlice en forma de xerogel tambi\u00e9n se han utilizado para estabilizar  un polimorfo metastable de \u00f3xido de fe (iii) muy poco conocido, el epsilon-fe2o3. Se ha hecho una caracterizaci\u00f3n de las propiedades magn\u00e9ticas del material y se ha visto que su temperatura de curie es de 510 k  y que a temperatura ambiente es un ferrimagneto colineal con una magnetizaci\u00f3n moderada (20 emu\/g a saturaci\u00f3n) y una anisotropia magn\u00e9tica elevada que hacen que su coercitividad sea inusualmente grande para un \u00f3xido de fe (20 koe). Entre 150 i 80 k el epsilon-fe2o3 presenta una transici\u00f3n de fase magn\u00e9tica y estructural de segundo orden que da lugar a una estructura magn\u00e9tica incomensurable de tipo \u00abonda quadrada\u00bb. Se ha puesto de manifiesto que coincidiendo con esta transici\u00f3n de fase el material presenta un acoblamiento magnetoel\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
