Olga <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se determinaron en distintas situaciones fisiopatologicas (artritis reum mateoide, diabetes mellitus, tumores cerebrales, embarazo, neonatalidad y distrofia muscular de duchenne), la ceruloplasmina inmunoreactiva, actividad oxidasica de la ceruloplasmina, cobre total y cobre no ceruloplasminico en suero. Los aumentos o disminuciones de la actividad oxidasica especifica de la ceruloplasmina (actividad por unidad de masa proteica) se relacionaron con modificaciones del cociente entre las formas apo\/holo. Se investigo la posible respuesta como reactante de fase aguda de la ceruroplasmina y su accion como agente circulante inhibidor de los procesos de lipoperoxidacion.
