Uno de los eventos iniciales de este proceso consiste en la adhesi\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas trofobl\u00e1sticas, que conforman la capa externa del embri\u00f3n, al epitelio uterino. En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, los investigadores han realizado numerosos intentos con el fin de descifrar los mecanismos moleculares que tiene lugar en esta etapa. en este sentido, se han identificado numerosos factores como marcadores potenciales de receptividad endometrial. No obstante, los mecanismos moleculares implicados en la implantaci\u00f3n embrionaria son a\u00fan ampliamente desconocidos.  recientemente se han  descrito en la literatura diversos sistemas o modelos experimentales destinados a la medici\u00f3n de la adhesi\u00f3n embrionaria y al estudio del rol de potenciales factores, escenciales para la implantaci\u00f3n. sin embargo, la mayor\u00eda no pueden ser reproducidos en numerosos laboratorios, son dificultosos para principiantes o bien requieren equipamientos costosos y sofisticados.  en este trabajo, hemos desarrollado un nuevo m\u00e9todo para el estudio de las fuerzas de adhesi\u00f3n de trofoblastos a c\u00e9lulas epiteliales endometriales humanas y, adem\u00e1s, para el an\u00e1lisis de factores moleculares y medioambientales que rodean esta etapa inicial de la implantaci\u00f3n embrionaria.  lo novedoso de nuestro modelo de adhesi\u00f3n trofoblasto-endometrio fu\u00e9 la introducci\u00f3n del gen egfp en c\u00e9lulas de tipo trofobl\u00e1stico (jar y jeg-3) por transferencia g\u00e9nica retroviral, para generar poblaciones de c\u00e9lulas que expresan establemente la prote\u00edna verde fluorescente (jar\/g y jeg-3\/g). su expresi\u00f3n estable permiti\u00f3 una r\u00e1pida detecci\u00f3n, an\u00e1lisis y separaci\u00f3n por citometr\u00eda de flujo luego de su co-cultivo sobre monocapas confluentes de c\u00e9lulas epiteliales endometriales (rl95-2 y hec-1a).
