Los mecanismos por los que este organismo es capaz de desarrollarse en estos ambientes son desconocidos, pero se sospecha que pueden ser diversos. en este trabajo se analizan algunos de los factores que pueden determinar el car\u00e1cter halotolerante de d.Hansenii mediante estudios bioqu\u00edmicos y de biolog\u00eda molecular. en un primer apartado se analizan las caracter\u00edsticas de fluidez y la composici\u00f3n de la membrana plasm\u00e1tica de este organismo ante distintas condiciones de estr\u00e9s salino y de ph. en el segundo apartado se identifica y se estudia el papel de una posible diana de sodio en debarymyces, hal2p. Esta prote\u00edna interviene en los procesos de tolerancia a sal en levaduras, plantas y animales. en el tercer apartado se analiza la distribuci\u00f3n intracelular de sodio y potasio de esta levadura y se identifica un gen implicado en este proceso de distribuci\u00f3n. Nhx1 es un transportador vacuolar que participa en la regulaci\u00f3n de la concentraci\u00f3n de cationes y de ph en el espacio citoplasm\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
