Con el prop\u00f3sito de funcionalizar estos tio\u00e9teres se llev\u00f3 a cabo, en primer lugar, la oxidaci\u00f3n de algunos de ellos  sulf\u00f3xidos siguiendo un m\u00e9todo descrito por barbieri y colaboradores, y por otro lado, la preparaci\u00f3n de aril complejos de pd(ii) a trav\u00e9s de la adici\u00f3n oxidante de los bromoariltio\u00e9teres anteriormente mencionados a especies de paladio (o). A continuaci\u00f3n se estudi\u00f3 la reactividad de los arilcomplejos de pd (ii) frente a mol\u00e9culas insaturadas tales como co, isocianuros o alquinos.  finalmente se recogen los resultados obtenidos durante una estancia de tres meses en la universidad de exeter, en el grupo de dr. Robin bedford, en la que se prepararon fosfitos ciclopaladiados conteniendo ligandos carbeno heteroc\u00edclicos y se estudi\u00f3 la actividad catal\u00edtica de \u00e9stos en reacciones de
