Para llegar a alcanzar este cometido, se realiza un estudio dela figura del exiliado europeo llegado a la argentina que se identifica simb\u00f3licamente con el ca\u00edn b\u00edblico y se la superpone y contrapone a la de abel y yahv\u00e9 con el fin de comprender el proceso de formaci\u00f3n de la argentina actual, la matanza ind\u00edgena y el porqu\u00e9 del comportamiento de los distintos gobiernos y clases dirigentes de este pa\u00eds. Centr\u00e1ndose en este amplio campo de estudio y bajo estos prop\u00f3sitos, la tesis intenta, por \u00faltimo, dar respuesta a los porqu\u00e9s, permitir una mayor comprensi\u00f3n de los hechos sucedidos en argentina en el reciente 20 de diciembre de 2201. En este sentido, es b\u00e1sica la lectura gn\u00f3stica que se realiza de la obra de s\u00e1bato pues permite llegar a una comprensi\u00f3n m\u00e1s aguda de esta situaci\u00f3n como a la vez plantear una lectura desconstructiva de los mismos que permita iluminar la esperanza en el alma tantas veces castigada de los ciudadanos de aquel pa\u00eds.  la tesis se estructura en cinco partes (la torre de la soledad, la ruta de ca\u00edn,  la voz de yahv\u00e9, los buscadores de oro y el ca\u00edn creativo) que vinculadas a su extenso pr\u00f3logo y su ep\u00edlogo final, intentan trazar el camino que podr\u00eda permitir la ut\u00f3pica construcci\u00f3n de una jerusal\u00e9n americana que -seg\u00fan la lectura que el autor de la tesis hace de la obra de s\u00e1bato y la historia argentina- s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1 llegar cuando el hombre finalice por imponerse a la ley e imponga la tarea creativa como el derecho, deber y fruto que ha de concebir por y para disponer de su libertad
