Los sistemas estudiados han sido:     * la doble h\u00e9lice de adn     * complejos no covalentes entre minor groove binders (mg-binders) y adn de doble cadena     * estructuras de adn formadas por cuatro cadenas (g-cuadd\u00faplex)     para abordar el problema se utilizan un conjunto de t\u00e9cnicas computacionales basadas en la din\u00e1mica molecular, las cu\u00e1les aportan informaci\u00f3n estructural y din\u00e1mica sobre la mol\u00e9cula nivel at\u00f3mico.
