Para ello se han seleccionado dos sistemas enzim\u00e1ticos diferentes: beta-galactosidasa\/o-nitrofenil-beta-d-galactopiran\u00f3sido y l-aminoacilasa\/n-acetil-dl-butirina, siendo el primero de ellos sin desactivaci\u00f3n y presentando el segundo desactivaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica. Para conseguir este objetivo global, se han caracterizado ambos sistemas enzim\u00e1ticos y se han calculado los par\u00e1metros cin\u00e9ticos implicados. Posteriormente se ha hecho un amplio estudio del sistema de ultrafiltraci\u00f3n, realizando ensayos en los que se ha analizado el comportamiento de las enzimas l-aminoacilasa y beta-galactosidasa al ser recirculadas a trav\u00e9s del m\u00f3dulo de ultrafiltraci\u00f3n. Por \u00faltimo, se han realizado ensayos con el reactor de ultrafiltraci\u00f3n en los que se ha estudiado la influencia de las variables de operaci\u00f3n: caudal de alimentaci\u00f3n\/permeado, concentraci\u00f3n de sustrato en alimentaci\u00f3n y concentraci\u00f3n de enzima.  en base a lo observado en los ensayos con y sin reacci\u00f3n, se han enunciado hip\u00f3tesis y se ha desarrollado un modelo matem\u00e1tico del comportamiento del reactor de ultrafiltraci\u00f3n. Dicho modelo ha sido validado mediante su comprobaci\u00f3n con los resultados experimentales obtenidos y  los valores de los par\u00e1metros implicados en el modelo han sido corroborados mediante la
